In an effort to provide you the most cost-effective shipping
charges, Heirlooms Forever does not try to calculate shipping
charges on the Internet. Each order is individually weighed and
shipping charges are based on the selected carrier's then-current
shipping tables. For some larger items such as furniture, it may
be necessary to recalculate the shipping rates based on the
weight and oversized nature of the item. All applicable insurance
and a reasonable handling fee will also be added to the cost of
shipping your order. These fees will be fair and as
inexpensive as we can make them. If you would like to know your
shipping charges in advance, please indicate in the "Comment" field
on your order and we will be happy to email you before processing your order.

7.25% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Mississippi
Forms of Payment:
Heirlooms Forever accepts all major credit cards including, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Home Source and
BERNINA. There is no surcharge for
using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to
provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is
the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file
for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing
your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your
order. Credit card charges are made securely off-line.
Heirlooms Forever does not process any credit card transactions
over the Internet. Heirlooms Forever also accepts money orders,
cashier's checks and personal checks. Orders are processed upon
receipt of a money order or cashier's check. Personal or company
checks must clear the bank before your order is shipped.
Status of Orders:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation
via Email that your order has been received by Heirlooms Forever.

All trucking deliveries are made
by trucking and local transit companies and are tail gate only
deliveries. You will need to be prepared to unload the package
once it arrives. You will be contacted prior to delivery to
schedule a convenient time. If you require special handling,
please contact us prior to ordering to make arrangements.
Additional charges may apply for any inside deliveries, if
available in your area. Products delivered by trucking can not be
canceled once the trucking company has picked up the item.
Important Note: Before signing for any trucking delivery,
examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found,
make certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release
form. Please notify Heirlooms
Forever of the damage immediately, so a claim can be
When you sign the delivery receipt, it is a legal contract that
states that you accepted the product in that condition. If
opening or assembling is not possible at the time delivery is
received, it is best to indicate "possible concealed damage"
regardless of the condition of the box(es). This is very
important because once you have signed for your shipment it is
your responsibility if it is damaged.
Save your box(es) and all packaging materials until you are
satisfied that your cabinet and all accessories are satisfactory
(A good practice is to compact the boxes and give them a space in
your basement or attic). Attempting a return to the manufacturer
for repair/replacement is nearly impossible without the proper
All returns must be authorized by Heirlooms Forever within 30
days of the invoice date. Absolutely no returns on cut
Defective Product Returns...
Within thirty (30) days of purchase, Heirlooms Forever will
replace or repair, at its sole discretion, any product that is
deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty
process must be followed. Any item delivered via trucking can not
be returned for credit once in transit.
Non-Defective Product Returns...
Non-defective products can be returned within 7 days if returned
unopened, for credit less shipping. Items that have been opened
can be returned, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to
cover inspection and repackaging expenses. In addition to this
fee, a pro-rated charge will be assessed for items that are
returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts. All cut fabric,
laces and trims are non-returnable.
All returns must be pre-approved by calling Heirlooms Forever at
1-800-840-4275 or Emailing Heirlooms Forever. Once your request
has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days
with instructions for sending back the item(s). You must
re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you,
with all components, materials and documentation. We will notify
you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed
the returned item(s). Shipping costs are refunded only if the
return is a result of our error. Please allow up to 2 billing
cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.
You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited express warranty,
if any, that accompanies the product. Heirlooms Forever makes no
additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express
or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Heirlooms
Forever shall under no circumstances be liable for special,
incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit.
The maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out
of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the
purchase price of the product.
Errors and Omissions
Heirlooms Forever makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of
the information published on our Web site. However, the documents
and graphics published on this site may contain inaccuracies or
typographical errors. Heirlooms Forever makes no representations
about the suitability of the information and graphics presented
on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as
is" without warranty of any kind.
If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect
price, Heirlooms Forever shall maintain the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has
been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Heirlooms Forever
shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect
