David is a smocked two-piece garment. View A has a pleated shirt front with a smocked inset. View B has a gathered shirt front falling from the smocking. Both shirts are piped at the collar, cuff and yoke lines and both are buttoned in the back. Both views have button-on pants. The pattern is designed for 4-10 rows of smocking. A smocking design is included.

Wright is a two-piece smocked garment designed for both boys and girls. The pants are gathered onto a waistband front and back. The legs are bubbled with elastic. The shirt is designed with a round collar and puffed or straight sleeves. Both versions have a gathered shirt falling from 6 to 8 rows of smocking. An optional girls' sash is included. A smocking design is also included. The pants are buttoned onto the shirt in six places. The shirt is buttoned down the back.

Nancy is a bib with a double scalloped ruffle. The length is slightly above the regular waistline. The bib, which buttons down the back, can be appliqued or crosstitched. It ties under each arm. A French hand sewn variation is included. Nancy is shown under Virginia, which is sold separately.

Abbie is a versatile girl's pants outfit that can be made with three different sleeve lengths. The lined top buttons diagonally across the front and is open down the left-hand side. Pull on pants have elastic at waist and are banded in contrasting fabric. The pants come in a cropped length and an ankle length.

George is a bubble that buttons inthe front. Each side of the front has five released tucks. The back has an inverted box pleat that is stitched from neckline to below shoulders and also stitched about 2 1/2" into crotch. This back pleat is released in the middle and allows more room for ease of fit and movement for the baby. Elastic in a casing at the sides of legs makes a few soft gathers without too much fullness. The boy's sleeve has a cuff while the girl's sleeve is puffed and is finished with a bias sleeveband. The Peter pan collar, sleeves and fold of front are trimmed with baby tatting. Note: there are two methods presented for stitching front released tucks. Method 1 is using the bobbin thread and method 2 uses a top and bottom thread and a knot is tied on wrong side.

Kitty is a precious A-lined sundress or jumpre. The top of the dress front is finished with a self ruffle. Side vents that button at the underarm are for ease in getting the dress on and off. The straps are a continuation of a little curved back yoke. Note! Straps should be lined with an extra layer of fabric if fabric is lightweight for extra stability. Dress is lined and may be lengthened if desired. Blouse pattern buttons down the front and features a piped Peter Pan collar. The short fitted sleeves are piped at the bottom edge and finished with a bias band that is stitched to the sleeve.

Chloe's Cover-Up is a one-piece sleeveless robe suitable as a beach cover or an after-bath garment. The collar section fo the cover-up folds down over the front to form the shoulder. The raw edges of the outside edge, the collar and the armhole edges are finished with contrasting bias-cut cotton strips. The bias is stitched down by machine with a pinstitch. The neck is also finished with a bias band that shows at the neckline. Cover-up shown is made of terry velour yardage. A large bath towel may also be used.

Becky is a bloomers and top set. The lined, sleeveless top buttons down the back and has decorative slits at bottom of top front that are finished with contrasting bias-tube bows. The Peter Pan collar is trimmed with rickrack. Bloomers in sizes 6 months through 24 months have elastic at the waist and a ruffle at leg bottoms. the shorts in sizes 3-8 have a flat center front area at the waistband and elastic in the remainder of the casing.

Johnny is the perfect button-on-the-shoulder romper. It can be made smocked or unsmocked. Classic in design, it has both center front and back seams and side seams for a better fit. It can be made short or long. The crotch of the romper can be finished with snaps. Pattern has an optional patch pocket on the front and includes a pattern for the appliquéd dog. The smocking design shown on cover is "Primarily Colors" by Little Memories. Pattern for shirt or blouse is included.

Frannie, a sleeveless, lined dress, buttons with one button in the back. The extra fullness at underarm is pulled up with ties or ribbons in a casing for an easy adjustable fit. Optional method: Underarm fullness may be adjusted with elastic in casing.

Paulie is a button-on-the-shoulder romper for girls or boys. It may be trimmed with rickrack or corded piping. The cropped legs of the girls romper are finished with a contrasting ruffle. The boy's romper has long legs that button over at the ankle. The yoke is lined. Shirt or blouse not included.

Bunny's Knit Nightie is an easy-to-make baby gown designed for knit fabric. The Preemie size should fit 2-5 pound babies. The Infant size fits 6-15 pounds. The Toddler size fits 16-25 pounds. The gown has overlapping front and back shoulders for ease in dressing a baby. The long sleeves may be rolled-up and then unrolled as the baby grows. The gown bottom can be gathered with elastic or just hemmed. Instructions are given for suggested stitches with stitch length and width and suggested machine feet. A bunny appliqué is included.
Bib, bootie and hat patterns in two sizes are included as well as instructions for a 35" square receiving blanket and a burp cloth.

Bishop has all sizes of Betsy, Ki, Gwen, and a Nightgown and Robe. It is designed for 5-11 rows of smocking and three sleeve lengths. There is a dress length and a nightgown and robe length. View A is Betsy with a short lace-edged smocked sleeve. It has a back openeing stitched on the center back seam. View B is also Betsy with a long sleeve. It is smocked at the wrist and slightly above the waistline in the front. A sash attached at each end of the smocked waist pulls in the gathers with a bow at the back waistline. The back is finished with a continuous bound placket. View C is Gwen buttoned in the back. It can be worn as a sundress, pinafore, or nightgown. View D is Ki buttoned in the front and trimmed with lace. View E is the long nightgown with buttons in the back. It can be made with any of the sleeve variations. Buttoned down the front, View E can be a long robe.

Lakelin is an up-to-date blouse, sundress or jummper that features a narrow round lined yoke, 1/4" tucks on the front middle bodice, a bias skirt and fluted sleeves. Lakelin buttons in the back. If desired, it can be embellished with little buttons between the tucks and a "pinned-on embellishment" of gingham ribbon, rickrack, dangles with beads and a button. The sundress twirls and is cool for summer. The jumper can be paired with a blouse or turtleneck. The versatile blouse goes with jeans, shorts, cropped pants, Katie's Skirt or Sassy Skirts.

Sassy Skirts is a collection of three skirt patterns designed by Susan Whitman. View A is a double-layered under and top skirt cut on the bias. The skirt is attached to a lined skirt yoke and has elastic at back of skirt. View B has a slightly gathered skirt and is completely lined. It also features elastic at the back waistline. View C has a single layer bias skirt. View C is completely lined and elastic at the back of skirt waistline. Optional belt loops and sash can be added to all patterns. Instructions are included for belt and belt loops.

Campbell is a shirt and blouse for boys and girls with tailored pants and walking length shorts. The pants and shorts have easy-to-make curved pockets and slim legs. The front of the pants and shorts has a flat waistband, and the back has a casing with elastic. Instructions are included for both lined and unlined pants or shorts. The boy's shirt buttons in the front and features a pointed collar. The straight sleeve has a separate cuff that is topstitched to the sleeve. The girl's blouse buttons in the front and features a pointed collar. It has short sleeves finished with an inverted box pleat and button, and 3/4 sleeves with a 1/2" ruffle.

Mattie is a pull-over top designed to be made out of knit. It has both long and short sleeves finished with a lettuce-edge ruffle. The shirt back has a short opening finished with a modified continuous bound placket and two buttons. The neck edge is finishedw ith a bias band and a lettuce-edge ruffle that substitutes for a collar. If desired, ruffles may be omitted. If ruffle is not used at sleeve edge, cut sleeves 1" longer and use a 1/2" hem allowance. Shown with Katie's Skirt and Campbell pants.

Sophie is a jumper or sundress featuring 12 (1/4") tucks on a center panel and a small piped round yoke that is lined. An inverted box pleat is stitched at the center of the front skirt. Sophie buttons down the back and has a back belt with double buttons.

William and Winnie is a short romper for boys, a long romper for girls or boys and a jumper for girls. All outfits are completely lined. It buttons in front.

Jacqueline. We are challenged to make pretty things that will be acceptable to our girl's sense of fashion. This stylish frock that buttons down the back promises to satsify your growing girl. This very up-to-date looking garment features a piped round yoke that is perfect for a machine monogram. The slightly A-lined skirt can be cut straight or slightly tapered in at the waistline. The lining of the skirt is hemmed separately from the dress.

Madeline with two variations has a bias cut skirt and buttons in the front. The short dress has a high curved yoke and short puffed sleeves that are finished with contrasting piping and a bias sleeve band. The contrasting fabric is also used as a self ruffle around the Peter Pan collar and bottom of dress. The other view is sleeveless. It also has a self ruffle around the collar ands kirt bottom. The armholes are finished with a bias strip. Pattern includes matching panties.
