Piper's Wrap Dress and Panty. Piper's Wrap dress is a unique, reversible, easy to sew, easy to wear canvas for your creative genius. The dress features three armhole openings and no fasteners. The front provides ample room for embroidery or appliqué. The cover models are each made of three coordinating fabrics (dress, lining and binding), but would be equally sweet in 1 or 2 fabrics. The binding is most easily attached with a bias binder attachment for your sewing machine. There are also instructions for traditional bias binding.
